A sly smile spread across Kedra's face and he too waited, but returned to leaning against the wall, the smile now gone.
((Yea, what I said. ;D ))

Yuki headed up the front walk, looking around. He had walked to school. He didn't live all that far away. This was only his first year here, but he had a feeling he'd like it. He entered the school and decided to wait. He stopped near where the teachers were lined up.

Kedra's eyes flickered open and the scanned the room again. He caught site of a few new faces, then quickly closed his eyes again, pressing his back fully against the wall.

Yuki glanced around at all the students, then glanced at the teachers. Two in particular caught his eye. 'That must be Professor Yugi Motou,' he thought. He sighed and plopped down on the ground, his purple eyes slightly sleepy, and adjusted his backpack so it didn't choke him.

(((Hmmm...if the teachers are inside...can we go in as well, then? Or are we waiting for something as well...?)))

((Nuh uh, everyone's inside. *head is spinning now*))
"Ahem, can I have everyone's attention?" Mokuba Kaiba's grand appearance was to simply walk down the hall and up to the mike, wearing a rather large band t-shirt. The students quieted, for the most part. "As you all know, a limited number of students are accepted to the Academy each year. I want all of you who have been here before to give them a big welcome! Also, if you'll all line up, the packets being handed out will contain your schedule, lunch pass, and dorm number. Feel free to ask the teachers anything, if anyone needs me, I'll be in my office playing the game cube. That's all, thank you very much." With that, he walked off down the hall again. Ryou's eye twitched slightly in annoyance as he watched but Yugi merely laughed.

Yuki stifled a laugh as the Head Master left. "Wow..." he muttered as he stood up. "So where are we s'posed to line up?" he wondered, looking around again.

Kedra rolled his eyes and pushed off the wall, walking over to the forming line of students, and stepping into a spot beside a blonde haired girl.

Yuki slapped his forehead. "Oh. Duh..." he muttered as he headed over to the line, standing behind Kedra.

Kedra glanced to his right at the girl, then to his left where Yuki stood. He folded his arms and turned his gaze away.

Yuki shrugged. He had always been rather bad at making friends, preferring to let others come up to him and start the conversation. Being ignored didn't really bother him all that much. He let his mind wander. People had occasionally told him he looked a bit like the King of Games himself, Yugi Motou. Now that he'd seen Yugi for himself, he had to say he didn't look all that similar. Perhaps a bit, but that was all...

Akira sighed as he found himself only one person down in line from the rather unpleasent Kedra. But Head Master Kaiba's rather interesting speech had put him in a fairly good mood, so he ignored the other boy pretty well.
"I swear, Mokuba just gets more and more immature as time goes by," Ryou grumbled to Yugi as they handed out the packets to the passing students. Yugi just laughed. "At least he didn't turn out like Seto, Prince of Ice Blocks," he replied with a shrug. Ryou groaned. "But he's running a school, Yugi, shouldn't he take more responsibility?" "Nah, the kids love him the way he is," Yugi said with a shake of his head. "Don't worry so much, Ryou, he's kept the school going for years and it hasn't fallen down yet." "It's a wonder," Ryou muttered, rolling his eyes. His eyes scanned the line for unfamiliar faces, ready to greet any newbies that came. Spotting Yuki and Akira, he froze, dropping the packet he had been holding. "Y-Yugi! It's them!" "Them who?" Yugi asked, following Ryou's pointing finger with his eyes. Seeing the two boys, he shrugged. "Heh, they look like Atemu and the spirit of the ring. How interesting." Then he went back to handing out packets. Ryou stared at him in shock. "Yugi! They're almost identical!" "So?" "So! It's them! Aren't you concerned?!" "Not really." "Not really?!"
