"It is not hospitality. It is repayment. You healed my wounds, I will protect you for a time. Your stay is not permanent, however," he said tonelessly. "You will do well to remember that."
Rin glanced at Sesshoumaru.
"But why can't she stay?" the young one asked.
"She does not belong in my group."
Come to think of it neither does Rin... a nasty little voice in his mind reminded him.
She is fine here, he argued. She causes no trouble.
Is that so? Who had to bring her back when Naraku took her? It seems you are doing this out of hospitality...
I will not argue with myself.

((Classic! ^^))
Tsuki shrugged. "I understand..." Sighing slightly, she thought, 'After all... No one ever wants me to stay... Why should it should be any different this time?'
Jaken grumbled. In his opinion, the only ones who belonged in this "group" were Sesshoumaru-sama and himself...

"Good."
That having been said, Sesshoumaru paid attention to the direction he was going a bit more. He was apprehensive ever since yesterday. Although he did not admit it, his wounds were not any better than yesterday and he wasn't feeling his best.
What that meant, he wasn't quite sure. Dragons were deceptive and cunning creatures from his viewpoint...

Tsuki didn't feel any better than yesterday, either... She was still essentially drained, and that was still affecting her physical strength. She stumbled slightly, and swore under her breath. "I hate this........" she muttered, regaining her balance and wincing a little.

Sesshoumaru caught the slight asymmetry of her steps.
"Are you alright?" he asked, sounding rather dry and uncaring.

((*sweatdrop* We're gonna need more RPers soon...))
Tsuki nodded, walking just a tiny bit slower now, not wanting to risk stumbling again. "Just... weak..." she muttered, biting her lip.

Sighing, Sesshoumaru gave a shrill whistle. Ah-Un came to his side quickly.
"Ride Ah-Un. They will not object as long as you pet their heads, I expect," he said. "And Rin wouldn't mind."
"Nope! I don't care, I like being with people!"

Tsuki smiled and bowed slightly. She had been raised to respect others, after all. "Thank you," she said, and climbed onto Ah-Un's back, in front of Rin. "Thank you, as well," she said to the twin-headed dragon, scratching both heads.

Ah-Un gave a crooning growl of pleasure. A grin came upon their faces, hidden by their bits, and Sesshoumaru's eyes flickered with his own amusement. The dragons had been with his father since they were hatched from the egg, and he was glad to see their happiness...

Tsuki grinned. "Now how long do I have to keep this up?" she joked.

Sesshoumaru looked at Ah, the left head, and barked something to him. Ah replied in a growl.
"He says whenever you wish," Sesshoumaru replied, putting a hand to his head. His vision was starting to double...

Tsuki nodded. "Good, because my hands are getting tired," she said, then noticed Sesshoumaru's actions. "Are you alright?" She frowned.

"A bit disoriented," he told her truthfully. "But nothing serious."
Rin looked worried as she stared up at her lord with her large, doe-brown eyes. She didn't believe a word he said, but she knew better than to say anything of it.

Tsuki hid a slight smile under one hand. She had to admit, it made sense that Sesshoumaru felt a bit disoriented. He was still wounded, after all.

"Lord Sesshoumaru?"
"What is it, Rin?"
The young child bounced up and down, holding two fingers up.
"How many fingers am I holdin' up?" she queried.
"I don't care."
Turning back around, he began to walk, though his steps were slow and a bit uneven as he tried to shake the disorientation off.
