Month 13 - Weyr - Hot and dry! Lake swimming is the preferred sport of most and when not on duty most enjoy staying inthe cooler interiors of the weyr. Coast - Hot Hot Hot! Enjoy them cooler ocean breezes when they happen by, you'll need them if you visit the coast for too long.
Turnover! This is the day of the biggest Gather and party of the year! - Weyr - Hot and more Hot, though on the down side of summer it's still very warm and cool drinks are recommended kept handy all day long. Coast - Hot sun and hot sand make for a lot of great beach partying!

Season - Fall!
Month 2 - Weyr - Getting cooler by the day with lots of lovely leaf color. Thunderstorms are not infrequent. Coast - Once more temperatures are slacking off and it's getting uncomfortable to swim out too deep.
Month 3 - Weyr - Crisp and cold, those are the key words this time of year. The lake is getting too cold for much human use. Coast - Cooler and cooler the waters are now too cold for most people to enjoy them for even a few minutes.
Month 4 - Weyr - Cold and clear, the thunderstorms of earlier Fall have all but vanished but inthier place the unmitigating cold of winter is arriving. Coast - The water is now too cold for anyone sane to be in but is beautiful to watch as the sun sets.

Season - Winter!
Month 5 - Weyr - Frost is now the common sight around the weyr with the lake being unbearable to humans. Snow flurries begin. Coast - Cool and clear, fun to walk on but too cold for recreation.
Month 6 - Weyr - Snow abounds! Due to it's elevation in the mountians Starfall gets a lot of snow and snow sports are very popular. The lakes edges would freeze if not for the regular dragon activity in it, many dragons prefer to got to the coast however as the water is warmer even though still cold. Coast - Cold beaches are lovely to look at but not to linger on.
MidYear Gather! The second largest Gather and party for the weyr, it is limited to weyr and hold residents due to the weather but is a great spirit lifter! Held at the end of Month 6.
Month 7 - Weyr - All travel in or out of the weyr except by air is impossible thanks to the snow. Flurries occur most days with heavier bouts of storm on a regular seeming schedule. Coast - Warmer than the weyr but not by much. Dry however and not prone to snow though occasion flurries will occur and melt without sticking.
Month 8 - Weyr - Getting warmer each day though still bone-chilling cold. Snow slack off rather suddenly truning into freezing rains instead. Coast - Rain showers begin and drench the beaches this month.
(for reference) Temperature range at the Weyr: Low: -5°F / 20.5°C Max: 50°F / 10°C

Thanks Imp!!!!
We rarely get that low either but I'm basing this off my own home state since it is similar to the set up everyone agreed to. The highs and lows are meant to be the unusual temperatures not the normals per se.
And since we'll rarely actually state what the temperature is each day this is all just for the members to have a relative idea of what is might be like when someone posts, "It was an average snowy day."
