"Funny," said Dean, "Shever mentioned him." He barked at the door, and wagged his tail. "I SMELL BACON!"

"August. August Weinglass." Was the response on the other line. "Did Hailstone, by any chance, tell you where we were meant to meet?"

"Yeah, he said 'the odd little blue house on fifth street'," Leo replied. She gasped. "You're not thinking of actually going, are you?"
"Indeed," Patty said, opening the front door for Dean. "Monty always likes to fry some bacon at around this time. I'm sure he'll share if you ask nicely."

Dean's eyes went wide. "I love bacon!" he went bounding into the house, tail-wagging.

Tristan sat in the lounge reading as the smell of bacon drifted around his nose. Suddenly there was the sound of Aunt Patty and the houses new guest. Tristan's eyes flicked yellow as the smell of dog linger with the scent of bacon. Tristan loved dogs but was never allowed as a child to get one, the excitement of getting one seemed to have faded at the age of 16. He new the guest was not an actual dog, he was more a thing Tristan studied for his profession.

"Yoo hoo!" Patty called as she entered the house after Dean. "Monty! I've brought Dean!" "Oh, have you?" A grey-haired man who seemed rather stout for a 97-year old came into the hall, a plate of bacon in hand. "Why, so you have! Dean, how good to see you. Tristan! Come in here, lad, there's someone you should meet!" He winked at Dean. "Tristan's my great nephew. Lad loves canines."

"Uh... Yeah. I dunno' about you, but working for a rich old guy could be beneficial to my career." August replied. "I won't hold you up much longer. Thanks for everything. Maybe I'll see you there?"

Dean wagged his tail happily, and barked. The muzzle was still on, so should he change werewolf, no one would be... bitten atleast.

Tristan stood and moved to where his uncle, Patty and the 'dog' stood. "Hello Dean" He said smiling and bending to shake the paw of his new colleague. "I do hope you enjoy your stay."
Jane had packed and was ready to enter the world of the unknown. She sat in the lounge room nervously awaiting the car to arrive. Suddenly a horn blazed through the air. She jumped, dropping the magazine she had been reading. Slowly she pulled her suitcase to wards the door.
She was sitting in the back of the car, a stranger with no face or name drove her. She smiled as she remembered her first impression of the car "Cruella De Vill!" She sat quietly looking out the window, her nerve building. Soon they pulled up at a strange house. She looked at the driver, no reply, so she got out and strolled with her suitcase up the drive. She reached the door and knocked.

The wolf barked eagerly, and did his best to balance on three legs. "I hope so," he said.

((Sorry for the absence, darlings. D: )) Shortly after August hung up, she downed the rest of her tea, thoroughly disgusted. Lukewarm tea... Ergh. A grimace still fresh on her features, she took a coat from near her door. Slipping her arms inside it, she opened the door, stepping out into the street. Only one word could describe it. Busy. She hailed a taxi and gave the drivers the best description of the house she could handle without getting a headache.

Leo stared at the phone for a while before standing and grabbing her coat. "I must be insane," she thought as she called for a taxi and went out to wait at the front of the apartment.
"Well, now that we've been introduced, who'd like some bacon?" Monty asked cheerfully, holding out the plate.

?After a short drive, since the Hailstone residence was actually within walking distance from August's small house, she paid the driver, thanking him. She exited the cab and was about to knock on the door, but jumped a little instead. "Er... Hello. Didn't see you there," She said nervously.
