Eh... I kinda' finished her.
Anywho, I thought I'd share an excerpt from the story I'm writing about her. I just wrote this today and it was a ton of fun.
Vira K
Tony Rivera ran after the braided girl, ignoring the shouts of the motorist who was screaming something about suing for damage done to his car. Tony didn't care. He had to find out who the girl was. That grin... She struck him almost as inhuman...
Then, up ahead, he caught a glimpse of her red braid as she ducked inside a restaurant called 'Momma's.' He was hot on her heels, flinging the door open and breathing hard. The inhabitants of the restaurant stared blankly at him, wondering what his problem was. He looked to the side in embarrassment and there she was. She was sitting in a corner booth, grinning at him with that toothy grin. As he had before thought, she did indeed have fangs. Perhaps she had them put in with surgery, he thought as he purposefully made his way over to the booth and sat down across from her.
"You want something?" she asked, peering at him with bright green eyes. He blinked.
"Want something?"
"I owe you for saving my life," she replied, looking at him like he was stupid. "So, what do you want?"
Surprised, but deciding to play it cool, Tony replied, "well, it would certainly be an honor to know the name of such a lovely lady."
The girl's face went red. "You!" she exclaimed. "I was nice enough to stay and repay my dept! And this is how you repay me?!"
Tony flinched in surprise. "Err... sorry?"
"Fine," the girl spat. "My name is Vira K, well may the information serve you. Keep it to yourself or I'll have to kill you."
"What's the K stand for?"
The girl, Vira, did a double take. "What?"
Tony repeated his question. "What does the K stand for?"
Vira stared at him. "It doesn't stand for anything."
"Nothing?" Tony asked, confused. "Surely it stands for something?"
"No, it doesn't," Vira assured him. "It don't have to stand for nothin' if I don't want it to. That's my whole name, I don't lie."
"How do I know you're not lying now?" Tony countered, getting an exasperated sigh from Vira.
((And that's all you get for now. I'll give you guys the first part if you liked this.))
